In his workshop English Tunes Ancient and Modern, Ollie will look recently composed English tunes, as well as tunes from the Playford collections of the late 17th/early 18th centuries. Using these tunes, he will explore aspects of technique, dynamics, and musicality.

Firmly rooted in the English tradition, his playing explores the emotive side of the instrument, which he expertly showcases through his selection of material from the folk world and beyond.
